When No.23 Skin partnered with us, they wanted their social media to reflect the experience patients rave about in clinic: expert, reassuring and human. Their challenge was being taken seriously as a medical brand while still feeling approachable, and standing out in a feed full of self-styled skin "experts".
We built a strategy that puts their people front and centre. Founder-, doctor- and practitioner-led content, myth-busting education and real patient stories now sit alongside targeted Meta campaigns for key treatments, including BBL and Moxi laser for pigmentation. We also brought the brand into the community through a partnership with the Moxies, a local football team of mums, creating content that feels real, relatable and rooted in skin health.
